Blackberry's Innovations

Bold Smartphone

Blackberry or "Crackberry", as it's more affectionately referred to by its "addicts" has released several intriguing new products. Blackberry has been known for it smartphones that are widely used and many swear by in the business world. A big proponent of that is it's Qwerty keyboard. This keyboard is a godsend for those who like to send text messages or emails. The ability to type at extreme speeds and with fluency has been the backbone of the Blackberry brand.

The Blackberry Bold is the next generation of the full Qwerty keyboard smartphones. The beauty of this phone is that it is a world phone and it runs on the AT&T network. Many people complain about AT&T and poor connection, but I have to disagree as far as this phone in concerned. I have used AT&T for quite some time and until I got the Blackberry Bold, I was not a big fan of AT&T, with the exception of their rollover minutes. My calls from my office would drop so frequently that I was hesitant to use my cell phone in my office building, in the elevator, or even from my home.

That has all changed since gettng the Blackberry Bold. First off, the phone is gorgeous. While, there may be issues to deal with in the area of memory, this feature-rich phone is addictive and truly a "Crackberry." Secondly, I find myself talking on my Blackberry Bold in my office, in the elevator, and many other locations that I was not previously able to talk from with my previous cell phones. Whether it is the benefit of the 3G Network or the phone is really that good, I can't be sure. What I can be sure of is that this is truly the best phone I've ever owned. While it is true that I've never had the Blackberry Curve as a point of comparison or even the Iphone...I feel like the woman in the Sprint Instinct Smartphone commercial when she says "I think I'm in love with my phone!"
